To create a complete CCTV system, it is recommended to connect a ZOSI DVR (not included) for 24/7 surveillance. In case of video loss, where the image from the camera is not displayed on the DVR, here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Check if the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera.
- Ensure the video output from the camera is properly connected to a video input channel on the DVR.
- Verify that the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply.
- If the camera mode does not match your DVR, try the following:
- Press the OSD joystick "DOWN" for 5 seconds. If there is still no picture, try pressing "LEFT," "RIGHT," and "UP" for 5 seconds until the signal matches your DVR.
- Use the OSD joystick to change the camera mode according to your DVR's video mode.
