In the case of video loss, where the image from the camera should be displayed on the DVR, there are several troubleshooting steps to consider. First, check that the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera. Ensure the video output from the camera is properly connected to a video input channel on the DVR. Additionally, verify that the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply.
If the camera mode does not match your DVR, there are two ways to set it up. One option is to press the OSD (On-Screen Display) joystick "DOWN" for 5 seconds. If there is still no picture, try pressing "LEFT," "RIGHT," and "UP" for 5 seconds until the signal matches your DVR. Alternatively, make sure the signal of your DVR is compatible, and use the OSD joystick to change the mode of the camera according to your DVR's video mode.
When the camera and ZOSI DVR are used together (DVR not included), motion detection triggers the camera to capture pictures and send them to your mobile phone via the ZOSI Smart App, providing reassuring protection.
Regarding the camera features, the 90-degree wide viewing angle allows you to enjoy comprehensive coverage with every subtle detail. The user-friendly mounting makes it simple to install the camera on the ceiling or wall, giving you wide vision. Additionally, the 3-axis flexible bracket enables you to manually adjust the camera up to 360 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically.
To create a complete CCTV system, it is recommended to connect the camera to a ZOSI DVR (not included), enabling 24/7 surveillance.
